Warranty Policy

EMIE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in 1 year from the date of purchase from www.emie.com official store, unless a different period is otherwise expressly stated below. Within this period, we will, at our sole judgment and discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs and replacements will be made at no charge to you for parts and/or labor, provided that you shall be responsible for half of the transportation charges.

 

This warranty does not apply to:

  1. The products that are outside of the warranty period.
  2. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents.
  3. Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  4. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse (including a mismatch voltage or currents), water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, earthquake or other acts of nature or external causes.
  5. Damage caused by service performed by who is not an authorized service provider of EMIE.
  6. Damage to a product, including its bar code, that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of EMIE.

 

Returns & Replacement Policy

 

EMIE supports returns and replacement for any functioning products you purchase from www.emie.com official store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement (based on your method of payment). If you purchase an EMIE product from a third party, such party will provide information about eligible returns. For all returns, including warranty returns, you must pack your EMIE product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the EMIE product, and missing part fees may apply.

 

Please contact our Customer Support prior to returning, replacing or repairing any product. You will be pre-paying all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping, such as UPS and FedEx, for your protection. The shipping fees should be refunded with the product refund.
